Health isn’t luck...

It’s strategy

From A&E to Prevention

The Health Crisis We Ignore
Day after day, I see the same truth: most of the illness that brings people into A&E is preventable. Ultra-processed foods, inactive lifestyles, and constant convenience are silently driving a health crisis — with cancer rates in young people rising at frightening speeds.
Keeping You Out of A&E
Today, my goal is simple: to share the science and tools that can help you take control of your health, protect yourself from disease, and live well — so you never meet me in the Emergency Department.
Nearly a Decade in A&E

I’ve spent nearly a decade in Emergency Departments across the UK, graduating second in my medical school year and first in acute and critical care medicine — winning an award for that achievement. In that time, I’ve resuscitated patients whose lives hung in the balance, and stood with families through the hardest moments imaginable.

Ten Years of Questions
I became obsessed with understanding why people get sick — and why in some parts of the world, these diseases are far less common. That obsession led to thousands of hours of research and training in Lifestyle Medicine, uncovering evidence-based strategies that can transform health.
